World Mental Health Day on the 10th October starts B&FC’s Nourish to Flourish week of wellbeing sessions that focus on mental wealth, physical health and supporting you in your studies.

We all have mental health, just like we have physical health. Mental health is our psychological, emotional and social wellbeing.
