B&FC Votes

Last week, nearly 1000 students took part in B&FC Votes to share your student voice by telling us what is most important to you.

We are still working our way through all the data, but currently, cost-of-living and mental health are leading.

The full results will be shared in next week's newsletter.

ENRICHMENT

Horror fanatic? Then why not join our student led Blackpool Horror Society. where students submit poetry, short stories, reviews, art, etc. and generally have a chat about the genre.

From Wednesday 26th This Girl Can will now also be running at UC. This will take place at 12:45 in Dance Studio 1. Girl Zone is a space for female and non-binary students to come together and have an area where they can feel comfortable and have fun.

Head over to the Students’ Union website to find out what else is on and when.

FREE STUDENT ID

NUS have teamed up with CitizenCard to offer students a free ID. You can use the card to prove your age and identity - enter pubs, clubs, take domestic flights, use as Voter ID and buy age-restricted goods in shops.

You can get a voter ID from CitizenCard (usually £15) for free using the code NUS or by clicking this link.
