Local Opportunities
We're excited to launch our Local Opportunities page on the Enrichment Hub. This is where you can find local groups and clubs to join outside of B&FC. We know sometimes you might not be able to attend enrichment sessions at college but there is still so much in the community for you to do. If you're part of a group that you think should be added to this page email studentsunion@blackpool.ac.uk with your suggestion.
Writers Society
Are you passionate about writing and eager to share your thoughts with the B&FC community? We are looking for talented writers to contribute articles to our platform. We want to showcase the unique perspectives and experiences of our student body, and we need your help to do it. What you are waiting for. Contact us with your article and sign up here for more inspiration.
British Sign Language
Ever fancied learning British Sign Language? B&FC are now offering this at Bispham and UC.
BSL is used mainly by people who are Deaf or to support those who have a hearing loss and now B&FC are bringing basic BSL workshops to college. Sign up via our website.

Election
The Students' Union Election 2023/24 is here! Now we are looking for the next leaders of our Union. It’s time to put yourself forward and lead the Student Voice at B&FC. We’re looking for our next Presidents and Vice Presidents of B&FC Students’ Union. Registration of interest closes 31/03/23.

We have now launched an In The Community page on the Students’ Union website. This is where you will be able to access local offers within the community, remember to check back regularly to see the latest offers and discounts.
NSS
The National Student Survey (NSS) 2023 is aimed at level 5 foundation degree and level 6 degree students (excluding top ups) who are due to finish their programme between 1 February 2023 and 31 January 2024 . The NSS is your chance to feedback about your course experience so far at B&FC. Having your say will help future students choose their course, and also help B&FC shape our provision and student experience.
Thank you to every student and apprentice who has taken the time to complete the National Student Survey (NSS) so far. If you haven't already completed the survey and would like to, you can complete the NSS up until 30 April.
