      Creative Pioneers Night

The Students' Union is organising a Creative Pioneers Night at the University Centre on March 1st as a wrap-up to our creative writing classes with Nathan Parker, where individuals involved can highlight their incredible accomplishments. We are making this available to other B&FC students who want to show off their artistic abilities as well. If you would like to perform, please let us know what makes you a creative pioneer.

If you'd prefer to take a seat in the audience and show your support tickets are available via the Students’ Union website.

Girl Zone (This Girl Can) – Sign up via our website.

B&FC are partnering up with This Girl Can to bring Girl Zone to B&FC.

Launched in 2015, the This Girl Can campaign research shows that many women are put off taking part in physical activity due to a fear of judgement – this might be about the way they look when they exercise, that they’re not good enough to join in or they should be spending more time on their families, studies or other priorities.

Girl Zone is a space for female and non-binary students to come together and have an area where they can feel comfortable to come together and have fun. As well as having an online discussion board via the Enrichment @B&FC Teams area, members will have a space on site to visit for Girl Zone only sessions.
