Citrix remote access will be unavailable after Tuesday 14th March and is replaced with Remote Desktop Services
Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) experience
If students are not already using app-based approvals for MFA and are instead relying on app or SMS-based codes, they are requested to change their settings. This is to ensure readiness for future changes to the MFA user experience. MFA instructions on the knowledge base.
HARDSHIP FUNDING
In exceptional cases, B&FC can access extra funding for those who find themselves facing financial hardship. This will obviously depend on the individual circumstances. To find out if you are eligible for extra financial support, please complete this short enquiry form.

NSS
The National Student Survey (NSS) 2023 is aimed at level 5 foundation degree and level 6 degree students (excluding top ups) who are due to finish their programme between 1 February 2023 and 31 January 2024 . The NSS is your chance to feedback about your course experience so far at B&FC. Having your say will help future students choose their course, and also help B&FC shape our provision and student experience.
Thank you to every student and apprentice who has taken the time to complete the National Student Survey (NSS) so far. If you haven't already completed the survey and would like to, you can complete the NSS up until 30 April.
