Red Nose Day: A Sweet Success for a Great Cause 🔴

Our college recently came together to support Red Nose Day, raising money for an important cause while having a bit of fun along the way.

To mark the occasion, we held a student-run cake sale filled with red-themed treats, and it was a fantastic success.

A student-led effort

The event was organised and run by students, who took the lead in planning, setting up, and serving throughout the day. It was a great opportunity to build confidence, teamwork, and organisational skills, while supporting a meaningful cause.

Students and staff across the college got involved by baking, buying, and donating. The tables were filled with a variety of creative and colourful bakes — all with a red twist — making the cake sale both eye-catching and delicious.

From classic favourites to more imaginative creations, there was something for everyone to enjoy.

Supporting an important cause

Red Nose Day is organised by Comic Relief, a charity that works to tackle issues such as poverty, food insecurity, and inequality, both in the UK and around the world.
