💜 Understanding Healthy Relationships and Domestic Abuse 💜

Join us for an informative and engaging PD session with Sarah, Children and Young People’s Domestic Abuse Lead from Fylde Coast Women’s Aid.

📍 Location: C609, Bispham Campus

During this session, you'll learn about what domestic abuse is, the laws surrounding it, and how abusive behaviours can sometimes be difficult to recognise. The workshop will explore coercive control, its impact on individuals, and the warning signs to be aware of.

Students will also have the opportunity to discuss the characteristics of healthy relationships, why they are important, and how to build positive and respectful connections with others.

The session will conclude with information about Clare's Law, including how to access support services and the steps involved in making a request.
